By shopping with us, you agree to these terms. We keep it simple and transparent.

Orders & Payments

All prices are in AUD. Payment is required at checkout, and you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

Shipping

Our fridges ship directly from our supplier with delivery times of 8–15 business days (tracking provided). Sticker packs may arrive separately.

Returns

We only accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. No change-of-mind returns.

Liability

We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs or postal issues).
